A subprocessor is a third party that Schwerd Capital Holdings LLC, doing business as Cadey.ai (“Cadey”) engages to process personal data contained in Customer Data in order to provide the Service. We perform due diligence on each subprocessor and impose data-protection obligations on them that are no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum. We remain responsible for their performance. Each subprocessor processes data only as needed for its stated purpose and under our instructions.
None of our AI model providers use your content to train their models; we use them under agreements that prohibit training on Customer Data, with zero-retention configurations enabled where offered.

4Payments and email
Billing is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Payment-card numbers are sent directly to that processor and tokenized; Cadey does not receive or store full card numbers. Transactional email (such as confirmations, notifications and account messages) is delivered through an email-delivery provider that processes recipient addresses and message content for the purpose of delivery. The specific providers in use for these functions are included in the up-to-date list we provide on request and are covered by the same data-protection commitments described above.
5Notice of changes
We keep this page current. Before we add or replace a subprocessor that processes Customer Personal Data, we will update this page and, for customers who have subscribed to subprocessor notifications, send notice so you have an opportunity to review and, on reasonable data-protection grounds, object as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
