Host your help center on your own subdomain.

Your public help center can live on your own domain so it looks and feels like part of your site.

Add the domain

Under Settings → Help Center, enter your desired hostname (for example help.yourcompany.com). Cadey shows the DNS record to add, a CNAME pointing at our edge.

Verify and go live

Once DNS propagates, Cadey provisions an SSL certificate automatically and the help center serves over HTTPS on your domain. Your brand colors, logo and font carry through from Settings → Branding.
