Email sequences and exits

Multi-step follow-up that stops when a lead responds.

Sequences send a series of timed emails to a lead until they take an action, they are not blind drip blasts.

Building one

Under CRM → Sequences, add steps with a delay and a template each. Enroll leads manually, in bulk, or automatically via a trigger (for example, “new hot lead with no meeting booked”).

Exit conditions

A lead automatically exits the sequence when they reply, book a meeting, or convert. This prevents the awkward “follow-up after they already responded” problem. You can also set hard exits like unsubscribes and bounces.
