How it works

Active conversations stream into the portal Inbox. Open one and choose Take over. The visitor sees a smooth handoff to a named teammate, and your replies appear instantly. The AI pauses until you release the conversation back to it.

Routing and alerts

You can have the agent proactively request a human on high-intent signals (pricing questions from a known account, repeated frustration, or an explicit ask). Notifications reach your team by email and in-app so nothing sits unanswered.
