Crawl your site, upload documents and paste FAQs to ground the agent.

Cadey answers only from knowledge you give it. There are three ways to feed it, and you can combine all three.

Crawl your website

Under Knowledge → Sources, add your domain. Cadey fetches your public pages, strips navigation and boilerplate, and indexes the meaningful content. Re-crawls run on a schedule so new pages get picked up.

Upload documents

Drag in PDFs, docs, and exported help articles. Each file is chunked and embedded so the agent can retrieve the exact passage that answers a question.

Paste FAQs and snippets

For short canonical answers (refund policy, hours, pricing rules) paste them directly as snippets. These rank highly during retrieval and are the fastest way to fix a wrong answer.

After any change, indexing takes a minute or two. Use the preview chat in the portal to confirm the agent now cites the new material.
